#1 No snacking
All food in your stomach goes through certain digestion stages. Normally you fully digest food, but when u keep pilling up more food in your stomach, your stomach in on constant stress and food is digested not evenly.
#2 No salt
Salt causes your body to retain fluids – you accumulate water weight. By removing salt from your diet you can easily remove few pounds of extra water weight. Also it increases your blood pressure, which isn’t good.
#3 No meal 3 hours before bed
Simple, during sleep you’re burning very little calories, which means you store more fat.
#4 Eating small portions
It’s better to eat small portions more often during a day 4 – 5 times. This way you don’t feel hungry and don’t get cravings for high calorie foods.
#5 No wheat products
Wheat products for example white bread don’t have many natural nutrients and excessive amount of carbohydrates causes your body to store fat.
